Day 1
YANGON

Upon arrival by PG-705(ETA:2130h) at Yangon airport, you will be welcomed by AAE Myanmar Tour guide and transferred to your hotel. Both lunch and dinner are taken on your own account. Overnight stay at Sule Shangri-La Hotel in Yangon.

Day 2
YANGON – HEHO – INLE LAKE
Breakfast, Lunch,

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Yangon airport for a domestic flight to Heho. Upon arrival at Heho, you will be proceed by road to Nyaung Shwe Jetty and provide by boat to your hotel for check in. After check in at hotel, you will start a full day excursion by boat on the Inle Lake. En-route you encounter famous leg rowers, typical floating gardens, local methods of fishing, village life and magnificent scenery. Visits are made to one of the local markets in the Inle Lake region (on market days only); the weaving village of INPAWKHON. A visit is also made to Inthar Heritage House, a sanctuary for an endemic species of Burmese cats. Lunch is served at Inthar Heritage House. Continue to a weaving factory to witness how the lotus fabric is painstakingly created by hands. A visit is also made to PHAUNGDAW OO PAGODA. Dinner is on your own account and overnight stay at Inle Lake.

Day 3
INLE LAKE – HEHO – MANDALAY – BHAMO – AMARA CRUISE
Breakfast, -, Dinner

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Heho airport for a domestic flight to Mandalay and connected Bhamo Flight. Upon arrival at Bhamo, you will be transferred to jetty with driver only for Amara Cruise. Embark the Amara River Cruise in the afternoon. Lunch is taken on your own account. Dinner is taken on board and overnights stay on board.

Day 4
BHAMO – SHWEGU
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Set sail at 06:00 am. On the way, we will pass the beautiful Second Defile. The river banks become a steep cliff and the river bottom drops away to extreme depths. The river scene is amazing and offers beautiful scenery. In the afternoon, we arrive in Shwegu and visit the pagodas of Shwe Baw Kyunn on the opposite river bank of Shwegu, where the Amara will stop for overnight.

Day 5
KATHA – TAGAUNG
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Set sail at 06:00 am. Our journey will continue downstream until Tagaung, one of the oldest capitals of Myanmar. Proceed for sightseeing at Tagaung. Overnight and dinner on board the Amara just south of Tagaung.

Day 6
TAGAUNG – KYAUKMYAUNG
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Set sail at 06:00 am. We continued until Thabeikkyin. We will pass the Third Defile. This area is covered with dense teak forest. Sail downstream till Nwe Nyein (potery village) and sightseeing around New Nyein. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 7
KYAUKMYAUNG – MINGUN
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Set sail at 06:00 am down stream to Mingun and afternoon sightseeing Mingun Bell, weighing 90 tones and the biggest hanging undamaged bell in the world; Shin Phyume Pagoda, and the unfinished Mingun Pagoda, a colossal brick monument. Dinner and overnight on board the Amara near Mingun.

Day 8
MINGUN – MANDALAY JETTY
Breakfast, Lunch

Set sailing down to Mandalay. Disembark Mandalay Jetty at 08:00 am. And you will be transferred to your hotel for check in. And experience the sights and sounds of Mandalay including the SHWE INBIN MONASTERY; the GOLDEN PALACE MONASTERY, a superb example of a traditional wooden building and KUTHODAW PAGODA the world’s largest book made of marble. Visit also one of the most revered religious monuments of Myanmar, the MAHAMUNI PAGODA. Mandalay is also a major arts and crafts center. Visit a gold-leaf manufacturing workshop and a Kalaga tapestry craftsmen’s shop before proceeding to MANDALAY HILL for sunset. Lunch is taken at a local restaurant. Dinner is on your own account and overnight stay in Mandalay.

Day 9
MANDALAY DEPARTUER
Breakfast

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Mandalay airport for your international departure flight.
